process involving
Definition -
details of the project in terms of clear objectives, scope boundaries,
and general approach for development.
Work Procedures - document the standards
for completing the specified tasks identified in the project definition.
Work Plan - defines specific
phases, activities, and tasks to be performed during the execution of the
project(s).
Resource Requirement planning -
define all resources including man and material, needed to execute the
project.
Acceptance Criteria -
defines the specific criteria the customer will use to measure the successful
completion of the project and document all tasks and procedures for the software
development.
Communication Procedures - including
scheduling and routing of status reports with engagement status communications.
