A desktop based version of the district Planning Kit designed to assist the Educator with the process of developing District and Campus Improvement Plans as per Texas Education Code.
The existing system employed Microsoft Access forms as the user interface and Access database backend. The application was to be loaded on each of the user desktops to enable any interaction and access to information. The data was stored locally on the desktops.
Solution:
A web based version of the district Planning Kit designed to assist the Educator with the process of developing District and Campus Improvement Plans. The application was to meet the rigorous requirements outlined in the Texas Education Code. It offered many improvements over previous versions. Following are some of the improvements that could be highlighted:
• The web application eliminates prerequisite software on user desktops
• Program updates would be managed seamlessly over the Internet
• No updates required on the client systems
• Program Information stored and managed by the central body
• Enhanced navigability due to addition of menus on every page
• Easy operability and better user interface (browser based)
• Real-time report generation in PDF/HTML format

Golf League and Score Management Software
Description:
Major golf leagues around the globe seek to improve league and score management. Golf courses need a robust, flexible and compact system to ensure that leagues operating on their golf courses are provided with a capable and scalable league management system.
Solution:
A web based three tier architecture golf league management system called the Golf League Keeper was designed and developed to provide a robust system to cater to these requirements The highlights of the solution were :
• It incorporated and complied with the US GA handicap System

Golf League Keeper amazingly simplifies the complexities in golf scoring. With three levels of users who manage activities based on the login privileges.
• The User can input and manage only individual profiles and scores
• The League Administrator can manage and moderate the activities of the specific league
• The Administrator can monitor and moderate the activities of all leagues and manage the content of the system.
The system supports offline score uploads using Webservices employing a desktop application.
A payment supporting system built on Application Service Provider (ASP) model.

Description:
A real estate holding company selling and leasing properties with high profile clientele was seeking a scalable web application to list, introduce and describe properties, involve agents across geographical boundaries and demographic segments.
Solution:
Redesigning of the Web interface with the redesign and development of the web application to cater to the aesthetics requirement of the web interface and simplification of the web application to incorporate the following:

Description:
Animal Power Source was a bi-lingual web site with a web application to manage the B2B and B2C activities of the site. A serious concern for the client was the maintenance of different sets of files and data for different languages and a cluttered web site lacking structure.
Solution:
A web based scalable three tier architecture application consisting of a user module and an administration module. The web application allowed for the following:
• ‘User’ could view properties based on the mode of transaction and contract agents.
• Administrator can manage the content on the website through the administration module to define and upload property characteristics, manage Agent details, statistics and demography.
Effortless management of content on the website along with easy navigation through the web site to search for properties based on several pre defined parameters and agents.

The existing user module had spaghetti code without proper documentation.
A better interface with a scalable and proper administration module being built into the application was sought.
